Clinical Supervision

all currently online.
One rewarding aspect to being a LCSW/LICSW is being able to offer clinical supervision to blossoming clinical social workers (CSWA). Currently, I am an Oregon Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor.
I provide individual clinical supervision for unlicensed social workers. Our time together will focus on cultivating core clinical skills like:
assessment, differential diagnosis, countertransference/transference, developing empathy, crisis management, person-centered language, unconditional positive regard, trauma-informed care, radical genuineness, awareness of biases, therapy interfering behaviors, social justice lens, and endings/termination.
In addition, I'm happy to work with supervisees to learn different therapeutic modalities, weaving these and the development of strong clinical skills into our sessions.

Fees for Clinical Supervision
Supervision for unlicensed clinicians: $120/hr*
*Please note, I'm open to negotiating these rates for BIPOC, disabled, & community mental health clinicians, who are paying out of pocket.
Supervision is not only an important financial investment, but an investment in your career and the care of those who trust you to care for them. I strongly believe in the value and necessity of competent, high quality, intentional clinical supervision, and I truly enjoy partnering with social workers who are deeply committed to their post-graduate clinical development.
